Print Cost Saving Tips & Tools

Whether you are a soccer mom, student, business owner, or just an ordinary Joe - you want to minimize your printing costs so you can spend your money on other stuff.  Rapid Refill can help.  Below are a few simple yet effective tips from our owner which may help you to dramatically reduce your printing costs:

1) Don't print it!  

2) Print it using "Draft Mode" and/or "Grayscale"

3) Print it using the most cost-efficient printer available to you;  For black-only printing, an inexpensive laser printer usually costs about 50% less per page than an inkjet printer. 

4) Outsource photographs and/or promotional material that have heavy page coverage. 

5) Use cartridges from Rapid Refill (sorry - we had to put that one in.....)
